Alerts are more like updates that come at a fixed time (10am) rather than real-time alerts when thresholds are crossed. WeConnect would prefer more flexible, real-time alerts that can be filtered.
WeConnect would like the ability to route alerts to specific Slack channels based on the client or campaign, rather than having all alerts go to a single channel.
The aggregated overview reports are not available as a data source to use in other reports, which would be helpful to avoid having to recreate the same formulas multiple times.
In summary, the main feedback was around improving the alerting functionality to make it more flexible and actionable, as well as better integrating the aggregated overview data into the reporting workflow.
