I would like to list out all of my conversions in form of a table, including the custom conversions that are not linked to any particular campaign. This would allow me to clearly categorize all the conversions when presenting the report to my client.

You can now list out individual custom conversions in your reports without attributing them to specific campaigns. Let your clients see all their active conversions based on their performance by choosing custom conversions as a dimension.
