Now your clients can chat with their data, directly in the reports you share.

IQ chat is now available on shared report links
, styled to match your report theme and branding. This feature is
live for all IQ+ subscribers
. If you're not using IQ+ yet, reach out to your Success Manager to explore access.What’s new:
- Clients can ask questions about the data they see in the tab they’re currently viewingand get instant answers.
- Chat history is visible only to the client, and they can review or delete previous conversations.
- The chatbot is now much better at understanding your language, metrics, dimensions, and intent - for more helpful responses.
All you need to do:
Just enable "IQ Chat" in the sharing settings before sending the report link to your client.
This update empowers your clients to explore and understand their data, while saving your team time on follow-ups.
